Impact’ELLE is a nonprofit organization based in Montreal, Canada, committed to empowering women to grow personally, professionally, and entrepreneurially.

We believe that when women unite, they unlock transformative power—not just for themselves, but for their communities and the world.

Our Story

Impact’ELLE began as a vision shared among three women — Marina, Lilia, and Ecaterina — who believed that when women come together, they can change the world.

Each brought unique strengths and a deep passion for creating spaces where women could connect, learn, and lead. Their leadership continues to shape Impact’ELLE’s evolution, ensuring that every woman who joins feels seen, supported, and inspired.

What started as local meetups in Montreal quickly evolved into a growing movement, connecting women across borders through mentorship, education, and shared experience.

Today, Impact’ELLE provides leadership programs, networking opportunities, and support systems designed to help women thrive in every aspect of life — because empowerment is not a destination, it’s a journey we take together.

What We Offer

At Impact’ELLE, we create transformative experiences through in-person workshops and educational events designed to foster growth, confidence, and connection. Our programs are crafted to help women explore new ideas, develop practical skills, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive environment.

Through these gatherings, participants naturally engage in peer learning, informal mentorship, and leadership development—empowering each other to take bold steps in their personal and professional lives.
