Refund policy

At Impact’ELLE, we are committed to delivering high-quality events and experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Event Tickets

All tickets purchased for Impact’ELLE events are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused tickets.

 

2. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 24 hours before the event.

 

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

Impact’ELLE reserves the right to:

• Modify event details (date, time, location, speakers) if necessary
• Cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances

In the case of a cancellation by Impact’ELLE, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer the ticket to a future event

 

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
